Billing, refunds and payment disputes

If a payment looks wrong, you do not recognise a charge, or you want a refund, write from the account owner's address with the invoice number or the date and amount of the payment: payments@signops.dev. Please write to us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank; it is usually the quicker way to get your money back. When refunds are given is on the refunds and cancellation page.
