Terms
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover your use of SignOps, its API, SDKs and dashboard. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the company you name at sign-up.
Your account
- You keep your API keys secret and are responsible for what is done with them.
- You give a real name, a working email and, for invoices, your company's details and GSTIN if you have one.
- You can close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing hello@signops.dev.
What you send
- You send pushes and emails only to users of your own app who expect them, and you follow the acceptable use policy.
- You are responsible for the content of what you send and for having your users' consent where the law asks for it.
- We may slow, pause or stop sending from an account that breaks the policy or harms delivery for other customers, and we tell you why when we do.
Prices and payment
- Prices are on the pricing page, in rupees, before 18% GST.
- Usage is billed monthly in arrears; Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance. Invoices are due on issue and paid by UPI autopay or card.
- We give 30 days' notice by email before any price goes up.
Your data
Your users' data is yours. We process it only to run SignOps for you, as the privacy policy and the security page describe. When you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% availability of the API each month and publish incidents as they happen. The free plan comes without a service level. Delivery of pushes and emails also depends on Google, Apple, browsers and mail providers, which we do not control.
Liability
SignOps is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Changes
We may change these terms. For changes that affect you, we email the account owner at least 30 days before they apply.
